TOPIC: UNVEILING SECRETS

” so that the thoughts of many hearts will be revealed —and a sword will pierce your soul as well. ”
These words were spoken by the Holy Spirit through Prophet Simeon while the baby(Jesus) consecrated in the temple.
To pierce something is to apply pressure!
This is the scripture that God particularly gave me several years ago, which I now witness frequently.
When you apply pressure to a person who appears to be calm and gentle, their true identity emerge.
Everyone appears to be wonderful until pressure is applied.
Pressure causes what is under to come to the surface. Everything will be forced to emerge under emergency.
Galatians 5:19
“Now the works of the flesh are *OBVIOUS* ,”
This simply means it is very possible for them to hide for years.
For example, if you say “CLEAN WATER,” you have already affirmed there is dirty water.
One of the areas God has given me grace is to hear and know what is not OBVIOUS about a person.
Because He has entrusted me with this gift, I don’t tell anyone what He says to me.
Sometimes, I would be so speechless ???? what He whispers.
Sometimes, while even looking through people’s posts on social media, He whispers softly words like:
Good person, liar, proud, faithful, thief, and so many other words that I find difficult to believe.
Some other times, it happens when I speak with a person on the phone.
The Holy Spirit reveals who they truly are.
I have spoken with people who appear Holy and talk gently, but who they are in their innermost being could cause division and sow discord amongst brethren.
I knew such individuals could never go far in life and ministry unless they review their character and credentials before God.
Some don’t even know who they are. So many times they think they are good and you know that thought itself is evil.
David said in
Psalm 139:23
Search me, God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. See if there is any offensive way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.
That God speaks to you doesn’t mean you are Holier than others.
That’s why it is written in our text that THE SWORD WILL PIERCE YOUR OWN SOUL FIRST before you begin to see the thoughts of many hearts.
Paul said in
2 Corinthians 5:15
“Therefore, henceforth, know we no man according to the flesh. ”
New Translation Bible says,
” So we have stopped evaluating others from a human point of view.”
The heart of man/woman is desperately wicked who can know it.
It means the condition of their hearts is only revealed under DESPERATION .
Even The Lord will have to search the mind before He gives anything.
“ I the LORD search the heart and test the mind, to give every man according to his ways, according to the fruit of his deeds.”
The mind is a function of the heart.
A proud heart is the most dangerous heart condition. That is where every other sin thrives.
The Lord sent Prophet Samuel to Wark Saul.
He used to be small in his own eye, but now a big guy.
“ When you were little in your own eyes, were you not head of the tribes of Israel? Samuel 15:17
For I say, through the grace that was given me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think as to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to each man a measure of faith.
Romans 12:3
When I see leaders who are no longer small in their own eyes, I know God has found a replacement, even though He hasn’t told me.
God can never be without a replacement. There is someone somewhere who would do much more if you and I decide we have arrived.
Jesus Christ is still head of the Church, He is the one who is said that He is going to build His Church. We just co- labor together with Him. The members belong to Him, ministers are but stewards over his inheritance. The Church is built on truth, not personalities of people.
The Church is victorious and triumphant. It has survived every societal breakdown, It has survived every governmental opposition. The more anyone tries to stop it, the more it increases.
The authority structures of hell are no match for the Church.
The gates of hell can not stop, block, or hinder the Church.
The Church is not dependent upon a building, it functions as a body, not square footage.
The Church is headed by Christ Himself, and we are governed by a constitution called the word of God.
He has given authority to execute, legislate, administrate, heal, deliver, and set free.
The Church is not weak or timid.
The church is bigger than a group headed by a gifted man or woman of God. The church is God’s own property.
The Church is alive and not dead. Christ sheds his own blood to redeem, purchase, and sustain it.
Nobody can beat his or her chest or boast over God’s own property!
We are members of His bone and of His flesh.
You and I are part of His elect. We weren’t qualified to serve Him, but He counted us faithful to put us in ministry.
We are simply partakers of the divine nature.
And He who is the head says,
learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart
Mathew 11:29
