TOPIC: *SAME PLACE*
TEXT: ROMANS 9:26
“ In the very place where it was said to them,
‘You are not my people,’
there they will be called ‘children of the living God.’ ”
In 1 kings 18:44, the servant of the prophet(Elijah) kept checking for the cloud ☁️ in anticipation for rain ????
He kept visiting the same spot 6 different times. The 7th time, he saw a little change in the cloud.
“And at the seventh time he said, “ Behold, a little cloud like a man’s hand is rising from the sea.” And he said, “ Go up, say to Ahab, ‘Prepare your chariot and go down, lest the rain stop you.’”
The prophet saw answer in the little cloud ☁️
Do you know what some believers would say?
“We are looking for rain and not cloud as small as man’s hand. Pack your luggage ???? and let’s return home ???? ”
How many rains ???? have you thrown away inside the little cloud.
Those who don’t see great things inside small things will eventually see great problems even inside a solution.
It’s the same place where the servant saw nothing that the cloud eventually appeared.
Praying without expectations is like playing.
God’s word will not return void. Don’t give up on God. Though it tarry, it shall surely come.
Habakkuk 2:3
“it shall speak and not lie: though it tarry, wait: for it shall surely come,”
