TOPIC: THE MAN JESUS
TEXT: 1 Corinthians 1:23
” but we preach Christ crucified, a stumbling block to the Jews and foolishness to the Gentiles.”
Every day, I remind myself that this man Jesus is my salvation and my eternal rest!
Our world has seriously changed within the past two decades.
We have raised followers who do not know Jesus.
To some, Jesus is something. To some, Jesus is valued below money. If some have options to choose Jesus or money, they will choose Jesus.
I am not part of this crooked generation! I live here but not of this world. I have set my feet on the way that is upward to the celestial city.
I was not saved with perishable things. Remove title, and many will get offended.
Remove money, and some will withdraw. A generation that seeks after signs.
A generation that knows microphones, pulpits, and pastors but does not know Jesus.
Jesus is the Savior! He was the Lamb of God! He took your place.
I ask myself why people who claim to be in Christ speak in tongues and at the same time practice all that is listed below.
Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators , nor idolaters , nor adulterers , nor homosexuals , nor sodomites , nor thieves, nor covetous , nor drunkards , nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God.
1 Corinthians 6:9-10
And such were some of you. But you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God.
1 Corinthians 6:11
In Christ Alone! In Christ Alone!
Christ did not give condition before saving us. We don’t add conditions to the gospel of Christ!
You must be saved, and because your salvation is eterna, you must keep following in His steps every day.
Just as you don’t say, because there are bumps on the road, you quit driving. You don’t quit Christ because of challenges.
Nobody can have the Spirit of Christ inside and quit Christ! The Spirit of Christ made you the new creatures, and so you can’t quit you.
Those who ‘quit Christ’ if there is word like that were not saved at all.
“They went out from among us, *but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would have remained with us.* But it is so that it might be made manifest”
1 John 2:19
I have seen men and women change denomination, but they did not quit Christ. How do I know? When you see them afterward, they even become more zealous and committed to God.
I don’t have any method, and we don’t have methods of living right. I simply carry my cross and follow daily.
I don’t know any 7 steps or 21 steps to ending well. All I know is that Jesus said:
“I am the light of the world. *Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness but will have the light of life.* ”
I just keep following! You can’t follow Jesus and end in the pit!
If you are not yet saved, all you need is to receive Him into your life, and He will save you. His life is your salvation.
His life and living His life saves you from your own life that is corrupted according to adamic nature.
Anytime I see the traits of what I don’t like in my life, I just cry to Jesus to save me, and He takes it away.
“Behold the Lamb of God that takes away the sin of the world”
The problem is that some have spared sin and kept it in ‘a room’ until the time they will need it.
Sin is just like a balloon. If you release it, it will go and never return.
PROPHETIC:
There are those who claim to belong to Christ but still practice real witchcraft. They keep in reserve until they need it.
Now I can see why this devotion is written like this today. I curse every witchcraft today. I give deadlines of seven days for those with witchcraft tools to submit them to Christ else they will start experiencing the downturn of the practices.
I will show you a sign now. If you are carrying that spirit, the demons will start creating growth in your body and will increase. Some partial deafness and blindness.
The Lord will give you these signs.
Even if you are here and after reading this, you exit any of the prayer groups, it won’t stop the reactions you will see if you don’t stop those demonic practices(the use of magic rings, waist bands, concoction, etc) and receive Christ life.
“The wrong things the sinful self does are clear: being sexually unfaithful, not being pure, taking part in sexual sins, worshiping gods, doing witchcraft, hating, making trouble, being jealous, being angry, being selfish, making people angry with each other, causing divisions among people, feeling envy, being drunk, having wild and wasteful parties, and doing other things like these. I warn you now as I warned you before: Those who do these things will not inherit God’s kingdom.”
Galatians 5:19-21
