TOPIC: GRACE PART 2
TEXT: 1 Cor 15:10
“But by the grace of God I am what I am, and His grace toward me was not in vain; but I labored more abundantly than they all , yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me.”
Grace of God is also called God of all grace!
Once you understand the essence of grace, you return back to Him as a testimony of what grace made you.
You are the evidence of grace!
When grace comes upon you, God doesn’t need your money first, but you.
You are the object! Once you follow God from the distance and send gifts or money, God count that as pride.
Pride is offering God what He doesn’t need and hiding what He really needs.
“My son, give me your heart.”
God will give grace and glory.
” He gives us grace and glory.” The LORD will withhold no good thing from those who do what is right.”
Psalm 84:11
Within the grace He gave you is Glory that you must return unto Him.
Jesus left us the example we should follow in His steps.
The sweetest honor you give to God is yourself when you are at your sweetest and best.
Unfortunately, many Christians give God honor when they seem to be struggling life.
They hook with God presently because nothing is working until they have alternatives.
When you need nothing, when you have money, when you have beauty, when you are so intelligent, when you have influence. When you become so successful, that’s when God deserves you. That’s the best time to ‘waste’ your entire person and life on Him.
Christ ‘poured his life’ at the peak of His success as offering and sacrifice unto God.
We are to bring our crown and cast before Him. Stop the self righteousness of pretending to love God because you are already trapped in problems of life.
When you have everything working, will you still be like you were when nothing worked.
Waste the best of you on Jesus.
Stop carrying numerous valueless currencies from the earthly kingdom where the value becomes nothing when converted to heavenly currency.
Just like exchanging currencies of a country to another, exchange your life when at its peak to God’s currency!
It has more value with which you can make purchases from heaven.
Until the best version of you is converted to God’s currency by grace, your earthly currency that you make of yourself will not be able to make purchases from the kingdom of God where the value of currency is living sacrifice.
