LITTLE THING
LUKE 16:10
“The one who is faithful in a very little thing
[is also] faithful in much.”
The Lord also uses
“a little ” to decide how faithful a person really is.
I.e the person was considered already faithful in much he or she has not attempted, just because he was faithful in little
There are people who never give God their money or service because they consider it small. May I tell u that u may never have another chance to prove your faithfulness because God uses little to conclude much.
The gate to life had always been narrow. Many don’t find it.
David already had his ministry of staying with the cattles in the forest. The father then added more the responsibility of delivering food to his brother. These brothers didn’t even want to see his face.
1 SAMUEL 17:28
” Eliab’s anger burned against David, and he said, “ Why have you come down? And with whom have you left those few sheep in the wilderness? I know your insolence and the wickedness of your heart; for you have come down in order to see the battle.”
Thank God for David, who didn’t leave but remained there until he killed Goliath and became famous.
Many leaders who don’t make it to the next level always quit at this point.
They return to their wilderness experience because the people God sent them to didn’t value them.
Imagine the brothers of David angry for bringing them food.
When you begin to see these signs, you are close to the palace.
Sometimes, the people you render help to are the ones who disrespect you most.
Keep doing the good works.
Luke 16:12
“And if you have not been faithful with what belongs to someone else, who will give you what is your own?”
Jesus was asking, “WHO WILL GIVE YOU…?”
I served people all my life until I enjoyed doing it and loved to continue that way.
THIS WAS WHEN GOD BEGAN TO CALL MY ATTENTION TO SOME OF THE THINGS HE WANTED ME TO DO FOR HIM.
Serve The Lord joyfully so that you don’t waste your time. Serve with your substance and your gifts.
