TOPIC: DRESS PROPERLY
TEXT: MATHEW 22:11-13
“But when the king came in to meet the guests, he saw a man there not dressed in a wedding garment.
He said to him, ‘ *My friend, how is it that you came in here without a wedding garment?’* But he was reduced to silence.
I asked my Daddy(Heavenly Father) why some professed Christians say it is the heart that MATTERS and not how they dress.
The reply was simple: Everyone dresses like where they are closest to.
If they are close to me, they will dress like me.
When people change location, one of the things that changes is dress code.
Yesterday, we were told God called us to represent Him well.
Whatever you have to argue or explain again and again to unbelievers why you dress the way you dress, maybe there is a need for you to change the way you dress.
” holiness becometh thine house, O LORD, for evermore.” Psalm 93:5
PRAYER/CONFESSION :
My life shows forth The Glory of God. Am special to God. God will be merciful to me.
