TOPIC: THE LORD IN THE MIDST OF YOU
TEXT: ZEPHANIAH 3: 17
” The LORD your God in your midst, The Mighty One, will save; He will rejoice over you with gladness, He will quiet you with His love, He will rejoice over you with singing.”
When the prophets prophesied, they knew in part and prophesied in part.
Before the incarnation of Christ, the prophets saw God with us and also God in our midst.
Now, God is in us.
One thing we cannot ignore is that all the prophets saw is JOY, REJOICING AND LOVE.
These are the attributes you will see and know that God is in your life.
He works through joy and REJOICING
Paul was not being monotonous in his speech when he said this again and again: ” *REJOICE AND AGAIN I SAY REJOICE”*
Just as you can’t have train move without rail way, The Holy Ghost only move through joy.
Wherever people do not rejoice, you hardly see His moves. That is the reason for praise and worship through anointed worship team leaders.
Joy is not always attached to material things. It is called JOY UNSPEAKABLE
Search for a song ???? that makes you rejoice and you will see God at work.
“Enter His gates with singing, dancing, REJOICING and His courts with praise.”
Another point is He will quite you with love.
Don’t waste your time trying to revenge what evil was done to you. Simply ask The Lord to compensate you. Sound judgment is compensation; not killing of those who did you wrong.
Let God prepare you a table as compensation and youl will be quite. You will stop talking about what they did.
When people are not truly blessed beyond their hurt that they always remember how badly they have been hurt, even after so many years.
HE WILL QUITE YOU WITH HIS LOVE ❤️
HE WILL SEND PEOPLE ACROSS YOUR WAY WHO TRULY LOVE YOU.
That’s how He fights for His own. And you will hold your peace.
