‘ If I alone testify about myself, my testimony is not true.”
Jesus himself made this statement.
God always uses others to bear witness to the change they see in you.
For where two or three are gathered in my name there, I am in their midst.
In the mouth of two or three witnesses, the truth shall be established.
When I was much younger, I used to think IT WAS JUST ABOUT ME AND GOD. AND THAT IT DOES NOT MATTER WHETHER PEOPLE LIKE MY BEHAVIOR OR NOT, I JUST KNOW GOD LOVES ME. PERIOD!
Saints, this is called the elementary level. It is true until you mature and realize that God uses people around to approve if you truly are changing.
“Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.” (Matt. 5:14–16.)

Whenever a person says within himself or herself, I JUST WANT TO THANK GOD FOR YOUR LIFE, God gains glory through your good works.
You don’t just give glory to God by saying it but by living it.
We are the living epistles. Yes, we are not yet perfected, but every time we live out something that the word of God says in order to make someone see God, you give God the glory.
Our generation must not misrepresent God.
Listen to why God was angry with Moses after he truck the rock instead of speaking to the rock as commanded by God.
“But the Lord said to Moses and Aaron, “Because you did not trust in me enough to honor me as holy in the sight of the Israelites, you will not bring this community into the land I give them.” Numbers 20:12
The only way to give God the glory is to live truthfully for people to see.
Everyone is a leader! We all influence someone!
