TOPIC: DISTINCTION
TEXT: PSALM 71:14
” But as for me, I will hope continually, And will praise You.”
In times like this, when there are tomoils everywhere in the world, it is possible that the number of those who praise God may keep reducing.
The writer of this psalms says, ” But as for me…”
One of the ways to be distinct, different, or stand out is to do for what others are not likely to do at a particular time or season of life.
Another way to be distinct is to not get revenge when you have the power to do so.
Today, God is calling us to be distinct!
Increase your praise to God when you notice others are reducing their praises because of situations around.
Increase your commitment to serving Him when you notice others are reducing theirs because of the economy.
Increase your giving to God when you notice others have stopped giving.
Increase your consistency when you notice that almost everyone is beginning to drift away.
If you want God to see you differently, dare to be different.
By the time others resume back their duties or wake up out of their slumber, you would have gone far with God.
It is called “THE ADVANTAGE”
They that do know their God shall be strong and exploit.
