HOW TO STUDY BIBLE
2 Timothy 2:15
“Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.”
Genesis is a book of beginning. Every book finds its roots in Genesis.
Genesis is the seed of every other book in the Bible.
In Genesis, you see doctrines of the blood , reconciliation , intercession , prayer (Genesis chapter 5), music (Genesis 4:21), faith, righteousness etc
Revelation is the fruit of every book. The book of revelation is the unfolding of every book. You can not add or subtract from it.
When you study the Bible, always look for the message pointing to Christ in order not to misinterpret the message.
The entire Bible is the message about Christ.
Every script that is well interpreted will reveal and see Christ and honor Him as the image of the invisible God to us.
Hebrew 10:7
“Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do thy will, O God.”
This is not just one chapter but the entire volume of the Bible.
When reading the scripture, let the word define the word. Don’t add your personal meaning, views, or encounters to use as validation. The word of God is sufficient to stand the test of time.
Allow the word to interpret the word before you start using commentaries . The word commentaries come from other people comments.
