TOPIC: THE ADVANTAGE (PART2)
TEXT: ROMAN 16:20
“The God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you ”
God understands you better than you know yourself. He knows there will be times you may feel so weak to pray and so He arrange a desired mercy by which grace would reach you without works.
What this grace does is bring you out of tight coners.
Peter failed to catch fish all night, but a few hours later, Jesus told him to cast his net back into the deep.
Luke 5:5
All that Peter said was ” nevertheless, at thy word .”
The same happened to Joseph! Yes, he was a good man, and God was with him, but he still found himself in prison.
A time came, the word of God came unto him.
” Until the time that his word came: the word of the LORD tried him. Until the time that his word came to pass ,” Psalm 105:19
That’s the advantage every believer has. Listen to what God is saying to you. It may be through dreams, prophecy, even in Bible study, visions.
That’s your advantage. That’s the only aspect that darkness can not comprehend till today.
The word that God send to you will happen to you just as God said to you.
All you have to do is receive it and take steps with it.
I remember one of our members 3 years ago who had covid and could hardly breathe. God told her to pray on her water and bath outside. She didn’t know why? She bath somewhere in her an enclosed place inside her compound near her garden. When she came back few hours later, those plant ???? were burnt, turned black and she was healed instantly.
I remember a sister who kept hearing and seeing visions of her dead body. And two or more people told her they saw the same. The Holy Ghost told me to tell her to put her 2 legs in a bow of water ????. That was all. Weeks after, she walked out of kitchen into one of the rooms only to come back and finds the gas exploded, broke the kitchen door. Debris was seen littered outside in the compound.
Mary said to them, “Whatever He says to you, just do.”
Everything is not prayer. If you hear God say to you, “Get up from your sick bed” and you obey, you will be healed instantly.
Take advantage of the word of His grace. Learn to enjoy leaning on the grace that comes by the proceeding word.
This is what so many Christians who have grown to maturity miss. They tend to labor for everything!
Ask God for a word! Don’t decide for God through where the word will come from. Be expectant because the word will surely come. Sometimes, it may be from someone you don’t expect!
” From His fullness we have all received grace upon grace.” John 1:16
This is how God deals with us and He has never stopped.
