TOPIC: LIFE CONDITIONER
TEXT: 2 Corinthians 9:8
“And God will generously provide all you need. Then you will always have everything you need and plenty left over to share with others.”
We have heard of air conditioner!
Even when the temperature outside seem to be so hot, inside of your house can be so cool.
The standard by which we children of God ought to live by is our text for today.
Everywhere all over the world, things are getting tougher.
Jesus prayed to the father on our behalf:
My prayer is not that you take them out of the world but that you protect them from the evil one.
John 17:15
God wants our lives to be conditioned by Him such that we Triumph in turbulent times we live.
One of the problems people are faced with in our world is financial mishap.
You have to operate under certain conditions laid out by God for your case to be different.
If prayers alone bring money, no Christians should be in won’t anymore.
What should you and I do?
Isaac, the son of Abraham, asked the father:
” I see that you have the coals and the wood, but where is the lamb for the sacrifice?”
I have never seen anything offered to any spirit that has no sacrifice.
God doesn’t need altars without sacrifice.
Whenever God wants to release something great on the earth, He looks for someone on earth who would do the same.
God wanted to offer His only begotten son. Therefore He found Abraham and said:
Then He said, “Take now your son, your
???? only son Isaac, whom you love , and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering Gen 22:2
Let nobody deceive you, whatever God wants to give you, He says ” you give first, and you will see my response. ”
“Or who has first given to Him, and it shall be repaid to him?” Romans 11:35
Imagine someone gave you 3000 naira or whatever currency you spend, you should know that money is not for you.
God will be watching ???? you! Because you have been expecting money for a long time does not mean it is yours.
Those who don’t have self-control will go right away and spend it.
A wise person should know that God gave the money to you as a seed.
He knows that the 3000 naira can not solve his present financial challenges.
For God is the one who provides seed for the sower.
2 Corinthians 9:10
So, the wise man goes to the streets, looks for people whose situation are more complex, and help them.
Those who think they are smart, after spending the stipend on themselves, their financial challenges continue, and so the cycle of suffering.
If you don’t obey this message that God is sending to us, my hands are clean.
Just know if God shows up physically, you won’t either. God’s word is His representative.
