TEXT: 1 JOHN 1:5
” This is the message we have heard from him and declare to you: God is light; in him there is no darkness at all’
The only thing that separates God and the devil is light.
The devil doesn’t follow God around.
It is we human that the devil prowl after or monitors daily.
Whenever we go away from God(i.e., from light), immediately the devil starts to execute his project and agendas.
Even though the devil has a long list of projects he wants to carry out against us, as long as we walk in light, the devil won’t be able to execute them.
John 3:20
Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that their deeds will be exposed.
The only solution for us to keep disappointing the devices of the devil is to keep a close walk with the light.
John 8:12
“When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness but will have the light of life.”
Another word for darkness or shadow is simply deficiency of lights!
Any area that is covered will be dark even if light is in the room.
The Bible did not say that “WHOEVER COMMIT SIN WILL NOT PROSPER.”
It says, ” Whosoever covers his sin shall not prosper.”
But then it went further to say
” But whoever confesses and forsakes them will have mercy.” Prov 28:13
Don’t create darkness by covering sin. Darkness is the best accommodation you can give the devil ????
