TEXT: HEBREW 11:1
“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”
The proof that you have something is when you use it.
The proof that Elisha got the mantle from Elijah was that he parted the river.
The proof that you are blessed is to be a blessing.
The proof that you have received is to give.
The proof that you are rich is to do what the rich do.
The proof that Christ lives in you is that you are like Christ.
In Luke 17:11-19, ten leppers can to Jesus to be healed. Jesus told them to go to the high priest and give the gift for their testimony.
God wants us to act like that. He wants us to believe Him like the 10 leppers did.
Even though they still had leprosy, they obeyed as proof that they had been healed.
James 2:18
“But someone will say, “You have faith; and I have works. Show me your faith without the work, and I will show you my faith by my works.”
The word of the LORD is already settled and established.
We are not waiting for the word of God to come to pass. We are the proof that what God says is the truth.
Whatever we ask God, we must begin to act like the an we expect.
The word of God is so sure that we can act on it and it won’t fail.
The word of God is FOREVER settled in heaven.
