TOPIC: THE GHOST STREETS
TEXT: 1Corinthians 15:51
“Behold, I tell you a mystery: We all shall not sleep, but we shall all be changed, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump : for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.”
The revelation that Jesus gave unto Paul for the church speaks about the even that is about to take place very soon.
Suddenly, there will be disappearance of so many.
Some streets and offices will be deserted.
Everything that had been keeping some people from receiving Christ as their Lord will now be plentiful in the streets.
Imagine anyone could just pick some cars left behind.
Imagine some will suddenly become house owners.
Sin will now be cheap because Holy Spirit with the saints are taken away out of this world.
It is the Holy Spirit in lives of believers who is restraining sin from taking over everywhere until the day of rapture.
“For the mystery of lawlessness [rebellion against divine authority and the coming reign of lawlessness] is already at work; [but it is restrained] *only until he who now restrains it is taken out of the way.”2 Thess 2:7
Everything will continue for 3 and half years after the rapture before the antichrist takes over.
Grace will no longer be available after rapture. Some streets will be deserted, and pandemonium will be everywhere.
When you look at the way some professed Christians live nowadays, you know they never knew God.
Some live like they have booked a reservation for themselves on earth after the rapture of the saints.
Live like you belong to God and live like God is your father.
“Do not love the world nor the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him.” 1 John 2:15
