TOPIC: TRUE TESTIMONY
TEXT: Psalm 22:22
” I will declare Your name to My brethren; In the midst of the assembly, I’ll will praise You”
This scripture is also the prophecy concerning The Christ!
Since God had decided not just to have only begotten son, Christ became the first begotten from the dead.
That means he became the first born and we who are saved his brothers and sisters.
“So now *Jesus* and the ones he makes holy have the same Father. *That is why Jesus is not ashamed to call them his brothers and sisters.”* Hebrew 2:11
Even though he was God, he accepted us to be called his brothers and sisters.
We are now joint-heirs with Christ.
He became our example.
He lived for us how he wants us to live to please God the Father.
“Therefore, in all things *He had to be made like His brethren,* that He might be a merciful and faithful High Priest in things pertaining to God, *to make propitiation for the sins of the people.”*
Hebrew 2:17
When we stand against temptation, when we say no to unrighteousness, when we walk in his steps, when we become example unto others who might not really know who God is, that’s the true testimony.
We are simply saying, ” *This is how God behaves.”*
Jesus Christ lived well as our elder brother in the physical human body, and we, too, can live like him.
He finished well, and we will finish well. Looking unto Jesus the author and the Finisher of our faith.
I love the man, Jesus! He is our role model. Every day, I am looking forward to his appearing! Am free from the concerns of this world. He is the Savior of my soul. Nothing shall separate me from the love of God in Christ Jesus. Hallelujah
PRAYER/CONFESSION:
Father, help me not to misrepresent you because of the earthly things.
PROPHETIC: He who Redeemed you didn’t forget a portion of you that was not complete. He made you complete in Himself. You were made to be satisfied. God is the very reason you exist, and He will show up when you call.
