” He chose to give us birth through the word of truth, that we might be a kind of firstfruits of all he created.”
The Lord gave the law to lead us to the state where we obey; not just the law, but obey God from our hearts.
God instituted the first fruit with the aim to lead us to the point where we now become the first fruit.
God wants us to be His first fruit. This means before you do anything with any parts of your body, consider God first.
If you won’t offer yourself as firstfruit to God, don’t give Him any other thing.
