Text: Proverbs 15:13.
“A mercy heart maketh a cheerful countenance: but by sorrow of the heart the spirit is broken”.
Many a times it’s believe that it’s when you look sad or unhappy that you attract help.
To some extent this might be true because the only help you might get is from men and which may not satisfy your soul.
The genuine help that man needs is from Jesus.
Jesus says we should be of good cheer because He has conquered the world for you and i. John 16:33.
Alot of challenges and pressing needs may not allow you to smile or be merry.
But do you know that your angel may be confuse with your frowning face.
A frowning face might make your angel to be inactive.
I was once overwhelmed with life’s challenges and needs for my family that I wore my problems on my face and a lady came to me and snapped me out of it saying my angel is inactive with my countenance that I need to cheer up and see what will happen next.
I did and began to thank God for His faithfulness and under 24 hours my story changed and someone out of nowhere called and said God said he should gift me a certain money; and it was the exact money I needed.
What you are passing through may not be pleasant; childlessness,house rent,loans,debts, school fees e.t.c and you have done all you could,yet no solution.
Why not try Jesus. Be merry and cheerful and see how your positive attitude brings a Divine turnaround for you.
Prayer:
Dear father,You are my only help. Help me Jesus as I look up to You alone in Your name alone. Amen.
I want to hear your testimony concerning this message.
