TOPIC: GOD HAS ANSWERED YOUR PRAYER
TEXT: ROMANS 10:8
The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith
The words on your lips go down into your heart.
Whatever proceeds from the mouth enter into the heart(or belly)
Another word used to represent the heart is belly.
Words don’t die. When you speak them, the heart is the bank where spoken words are kept.
Therefore, God doesn’t judge what goes into your mouth.
God knows that the heart will eventually reveal what went into it.
Any student could pretend to have gained admission into higher institutions. He may even go about attending lectures.
The day of graduation is what will determine the truth.
If you have been storing up the word of God into your heart by confessing the word, the word will eventually come out again as your answer.
For out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks.
Confession is not just mere talking. It is an act of measuring and fetching the word(water) to fill the six waterpot(represents human as heathen vessel made on 6th day)
A man’s belly shall be satisfied with the fruit of his mouth; and with the increase of his lips shall he be filled. Proverbs 18:20
It means you have to increase what you have been saying to yourself in order to fill your life quickly with God’s goodness.
You increase something by constantly adding a different measure to it.
Make your confession of the word special in your life. Let it be consistent. Find a time to be saying to yourself day and night.
For example, you can say “I can never be defeated.”Everywhere I turn, men and women will favor me.”
Remember that words you confess gain access into your heart and, when filled, show up as answer.
