EXPOSITION ON PSALM 23 (PART 5)
“He makes me lie down in green pasture
There are many ways a shepherd can feed sheep. He may decide to cut the grass & bring it to them or lead them to where he cuts ✂️ the grass. The latter is easier if the sheep have learned to be led.
God doesn’t just get His blessings to you; He shows you how to access the blessings if u coperate with Him.
Another lesson is that both the shepherd & the sheep go low to cut or eat the grass. ???? Humility
Jesus said in Mathew 11:29
“learn from Me; for I am gentle and humble in heart”
True identity of people surface when money comes or are under pressure. Time is a test. Patience reveals deception. Humility is a virtue. God bless you!
