TOPIC: THE PRAYERS YOU DIDN’T PRAY
TEXT: 1 Samuel 12:23
As for me, far be it from me that I should sin against the LORD by failing to pray for you. And I will teach you the way that is good and right.
After that the children of Israel asked Samuel to provide them a king, Samuel told them how displeased God was concerning their decision.
He then told them why he would keep praying for them.
Prayer, as revealed from the heart of God is what everyone must continually do.
Leaders for followers and followers for leaders.
“I urge you, first of all, to pray for all people. Ask God to help them; intercede on their behalf, and give thanks for them.”
When you break this rule called ” first of all ” and replace with praying for yourself something will be missing somehow.
I have heard that 24 hours chains prayers for Pastor Adeboye has never stopped for years at the RCCG redemption camp.
I tell you, if nobody prays for leaders, they will soon realize how weak they are without the prayers of the saints.
Imagine you keep withdrawing money from your bank without any Deposit!
Pray for leaders just as they pray for you.
I found out that whenever prayers were made for me on the prayer platforms, I experience great grace.
When last did you pray for your leaders? When last did you pray for your followers? When last did you pray for your fellow leader?
When last did you pray for those that God sent to help you one way or the other?
Let me tell you, God doesn’t perform magic on earth. He uses who and what is available. Sometimes, they go through a lot.
Sometimes, we don’t know that, if anything happens to them, we will feel the missing links no matter how small.
Sometimes, they are not asking for money; they are asking for your prayers.
Whenever the hands of Moses was weak and lowered, the children of Israel lost battle at the warfront. But when they helped him lift them up, the children of Israel defeated their enemies.
Wherever prayers are not made for leaders, one way or the other, the effect will show on the people.
Our ministry is prayers and not just preaching. Every Christians can preach.
Preaching without praying is like serving on dinning table uncooked rice ???? and beans ????
When I was less busy, I used to pray in tongues for every preacher while message is being preached on the prayer platforms at least an hour.
I pray in tongues until it was time for me to say the final prayer.
I might have to resume the same even though my work schedule may not allow me.
Whenever brother A think sister A will pray and Sister A think brother A will pray, in the end nobody prays.
We need intercessors to be praying for these prayer groups. All you need is to look for a ☝️prayer partners and choose a day of the week. If you are to pray for 20 minutes, share the time equally between the 2 of you.
When Christians say they will intercede alone, be sure they won’t be consistent. Look for a prayer partner.
The Bible says, “Where 2 or 3 are gathered…”
1 was not mentioned.
I can assure you, I will be praying for you as you pray for the believers and leaders on all the prayer platforms.
We must give ourselves continually to prayer. That was the secret of the early church.
A prayerless Christian is that person who had found alternatives to God.
JULY 1 was the day I received Christ as my Lord and Savior. Fortunately, it is the same day for prophetic release with Pastor Jude.
