SURELY GOODNESS AND MERCY SHALL FOLLOW ME…AND I WILL DWELL.
PSALM 23
“Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.”
Your body is called the temple of God. That’s why it is the house ???? of God.
It is good to say God dwell in your body, but it is perfect to say that you dwell in His house.
The former makes it look like you gave God space, while the latter is a portrait showing that God brought you into His house, which He purchased with His own blood.
If you lose your house due to financial bankruptcy and a wealthy man bought it back and asked you to live in the same house ???? with him, would you call that house yours? NO!
Someone needs to educate us about our body, and here is the question Apostle Paul asked:
1 Corinthians 6:19, 20
“Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God?”

“You are not your own, for you were bought with a price.”
Yes, I know you know the house ???? very well but that isn’t your house anymore.
You struggle with sin, you struggle getting food to feed your body, and you struggle presenting your body a living sacrifice because your brain ???? tells you it is yours.
If I give you a house to live free with me and you dirty the whole place and treat the house the same way you used to do before you lost it, I would bring in a lawyer for you to sign an agreement ???? in order for you to continue with me in the same house ????
You can’t liter my house with empty bottles of alcohol if I don’t drink one. You must abide by my rules.
1 CORINTHIANS 6:18-20
“Every other sin a person commits is outside the body, but the person who is sexually immoral sins against his own body.”
‘Don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God?
“You are not your own, for you were bought at a price. So glorify God with your body.
Make God’s house ???? your dwelling place and don’t treat the place anyhow. Make your room clean and make happy the one who has brought you under His own roof.
Nobody who stays under God’s roof lacks. Don’t act like you are more righteous than others, but you don’t know why you always lack. Find out what’s wrong with you because nothing is wrong with God.
Maybe there is a particular rule, Peculiar to the house ???? under which you have been brought that you don’t obey.
Have you found out that those children of God who give do not need to pray in tongues to receive.
I share with my friend in Georgia how some fervent Christians lack food to eat, and he said,
“Don’t just be giving them again and again. Some of them do not obey what God commanded His children to do. Rather, teach them to do what God says, ”
Psalm 33:19
“He rescues them from death and keeps them alive in times of famine.”
Psalm 37:25
“I was young, and now I am old, yet I have never seen the righteous forsaken or their children begging bread.”
You see, anyone could have a moment of need in their lives, but if lack is consistent in your life for many years, you have to check your life if you are a type who gives within the ‘comfort zone’
I always give in such a painful way that, even if there is a spirit of poverty assigned to my lineage, it won’t have a hold on me.
Psalms 126:5
“Those who sow in tears will reap with songs of joy.”
There are only 2 kinds of believers:
1. Those who are joyful after sowing in tears
2. Those who are shedding tears due to lack because they don’t sow in tears.
Galatians 6:7
“Do not be deceived: God is not mocked, for whatever one sows, that will he also reap.”
I got the demon ???? of poverty angry to leave me by giving.
Psalm 112: 9, 10
” He has given freely to the poor, His righteousness endures forever;
His horn will be exalted in honor.
The wicked will see it and be vexed,
????
He will gnash his teeth and melt away;
Some Christians, immediately they receive money, they suddenly become smart with God until it finishes.
IT IS NOT EVEN THE ECONOMY THAT IS MAKING THEM BEHAVE LIKE THEY DO NOW. EVEN WHEN THE ECONOMY OF THE WORLD ???? WAS GREAT, THAT IS HOW THEY HAVE BEEN.
When they give to people, it is what they no longer need. When they give an offering in church, it is what doesn’t cost them anything.
Even if poverty makes you a friend, the only way to help poverty turn you to her enemy is to do what poverty doesn’t like, and that is to give.
His house is your dwelling place forever.
When He ☝️asked me to teach on Psalm 23, I didn’t know it would go this far, but I thank God the The Most Holy and Lowly had spoken.
I pray He shows me mercy where I have not measured up in delivering His message, for none is worthy enough to serve the most Holy.
