” He leads me beside the still water????
Jesus is the good shepherd! We call him good because he means no harm, and his leading leads into everything good.
Whenever children of God pray for an increase, God answers immediately!
God Himself commanded it that we should increase, and the kind of increase he approved is multiplication.
“Be fruitful and multiply”
Whenever God wants to increase us, he leads us away from something to another.
He leads us away from what, where and people we are used to and take us to what, where and people we are not used to.
By default, every human likes to do what they are used to.
Most of the time, the new God desires for his children is in being led.
“He leads me beside the still water”
Most of the people that experienced divine encounters are
people who followed
His Way is not our way.
Abraham was told to go to a location to offer sacrifice. The blind man was told to go wash in the river called sent. Elijah was told to go meet the widow. Saul was in search of donkey before he was anointed. David went to give food to his brothers at the warfront
Stop asking God to come and be checking on you. God called Abraham to come out of his father’s house to the land he promised him.
He leads me beside the still water.
Are you ready to follow?
You may ask, how do I follow? How do I know when God is leading?
My answer is that God is always leading! Even when He is not moving, He is still leading?
Let me ask: “How do you know you need to visit the restroom?”
Everything it takes for you to recognize divine leading is inbuilt at salvation.
The more you use it, the more effective it becomes.
Whenever God is about to do something new in your life, He introduces a divine energy called “the desire of the righteous”
You will begin to feel so strongly a desire for a change.
