HOLY JEALOUSY*
*REVELATION 12:17,18*
17. This made the dragon terribly angry with the woman. *So it started a war against the rest of her children. They are the people who obey God and are faithful to what Jesus did and taught.*
18. *The dragon stood on the beach beside the sea.*
Since the devil lost his place in heaven, he took up the responsibility to fight against God’s children.
The woman is Isreal, and the baby was the Messiah. The rest of the children are the saints who are saved by grace through our Lord and Savior.
Now, one of the ways the devil fights against believers is to establish a system on earth that is contrary to what God commanded His children.
Another way is to make them pay attention to whatever displease the Father.
In this way, God is stirred up into jealousy. God has the right to be jealous because He is the only God. No other God besides Him.
Every time we pay attention to the structure that the devil puts in place, we choose him above the Almighty God and stir God to jealousy.
James 4:4
*Do you not know that the love of this world is hatred toward God? Therefore, whoever chooses to be a friend of this world is an enemy of God.*
God sees anyone who partners with the devil as enemies. We must not partner with him through choosing the easier way of the flesh rather than the narrow way of the cross.
We must not partner with the devil by accomplishing anything in our human effort without talking to the Father in prayer about it.
We must not betray God’s love ❤️ and the trust He placed in us. We must not seek help from the world. We must not take God’s glory.
*Every time a child of God pleases God in words and in deeds, the devil feels defeated because he is and God is glorified.*
