TOPIC: THE PRESENT ANOINTING
TEXT: Revelation 1:8
“I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End,” says the Lord, “ who is and who was and who is to come , the Almighty.”
The first on the list:
1. WHO IS
2. WHO WAS
3. WHO IS TO COME
Whereas, in Revelation 4:8
“Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty, who was , and is, and is to come.”
1. WHO WAS
2. AND IS
3. AND IS TO COME
Without too much explanation, The ONE WHO WAS is the same ONE WHO IS.
He can decide to speak to you as PRESENT TENSE
He can also speak to you IN FUTURE TENSE.
In all of these, don’t hang in the future, avoiding the present!
If what God is speaking is meant for NOW, Why push it to the future. For it to come into existence, it requires little faith, which is simply obedience.
If you act on it tomorrow, it won’t work.
It won’t won’t work it is the present anointing! When He comes as the ever-present help, don’t miss Him.
If what God is saying to you is for the future(i.e., any moment after now), it requires your patience, trust, and commitment to His word.
It does mean God is GROWING YOUR FAITH by allowing you to exercise it through situations that seem contrary.
That’s how athletes build muscle.
It is apparent that the first day you start to build muscle ???? is not when muscles build.
“But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.” James 1:4
However, what I don’t want you to miss is the answers that are in the now!
There are many answers that are hanging in THE NOW
Always receive what God calls now, and go ahead and act on it.
FOR EXAMPLE, GOD IS SAYING TO YOU NOW THAT YOUR PAYERS ARE ANSWER. YOU GO AND ACT UPON THAT WORD AND YOU WILL SEE THE CHANGE YOU HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR.
