“The lazy one [manufactures excuses and] says, “ There is a lion outside! I will be killed in the streets [if I go out to work]!”
Note that this man didn’t say that there are lions outside!
He knows the number of the lion(a lion ????)
This man didn’t see any lion! The portrait of His fear held him captive at home.
He probably heard the roaring of a lion.
The devil your adversaries roaring like lion ????
Adversary is the enemy against your advancement in your moment of advantage
The “Roar” is not an image but a sound that produces an image in the ears of the deceived
The adversary is the one who tries to take advantage of what you are afraid of in order to stop you from taking further steps whenever opportunities show up
Your adversary will pretend to be the one responsible for all your adversity.
He uses the information of happening around you to discourage you from trying.
“We are not ignorant of devices of the enemy lest he take advantage of us.”
There is no lion in the street. It is the information you keep hearing about what is happening around you that prevents you from taking certain steps
Here is the secret; whenever you are afraid of taking a bold step that should lead to greater heights, do the opposite.
Take the step. It shows something great is about to happen. That’s why the devil is trying to use fear to prevent you.
