*YOU KNOW ME THAT I CHANGE NOT*

*MALACHI 3:6*

*”For I am the LORD, I change not;* therefore,

*you* sons of Jacob *are not consumed.”*

I love The Holy Spirit so much that, at times, I feel like I should rap my arms around Him. Whatever He speaks, His voice is so sweet like a honeycomb.

He said to me yesterday morning when I was in the shower: *”You know me that I do not change.”*

The things you have known about me are the same.

Immediately, I was worried why many believers go through the same type of adversity they have been delivered from.

He said, *”THEY KNOW ME, AND THEY KNOW WHAT TO DO.*

Let me ask you: when you went through the same situation you are going through now, did The Lord deliver you in the past?

It may be health, finance, job, career, marriage, ministry…

What did you do at that time, or what did The Lord move you to do?

For some, The Lord moved them to do certain things known only to themselves. For some, God moved them to praise Him, some to fast, some to give, some to dance, some to prepare a communion, some to go to a different location and have 3 days with God, some to help the orphans, some to clean the church, some to sow a seed into the life of a servant of God, some to go on evangelism, some to stop eating some types of food for some days, some to start confessing some promises of God every morning and night, some to fast dry fasting, some to go on early prayer walk, some to shout hallelujah a number of time for some days, some to do some restitution, some to break away from wrong relationship, some to sing and sing and sing, some to pray for people that the same challenge….

This is not the devotion to quote many scriptures, but the devotion that has come to ask why you failed to do the same now that the same kind of situation is now confronting you.

The Lord says that you know what to do.

Deuteronomy 29:29

” *The secret things belong to the LORD our God* , but the *things revealed belong to us and to our children forever.”*

What God made known to you is yours.

I still do not understand what kind of faith people have that makes them *expect something without doing nothing.*

James 2:8

*”But someone may well say, “You have faith, and I have works;* *show me your faith without the works,* and *I will show you my faith by my works.”*

*Whatever God prompted to do about a situation in the past will work concerning the same situation in the now.*

PSALM 37

25. I have been young and now am old, *yet I have not seen* the righteous forsaken *or his children begging for bread.*

26. *He is ever lending generously,* and his children become a blessing.

Someone may say, *”Lord, come am see me begging.”*

The Lord does not know you are begging. *He does not know because that doesn’t exist in God.*

What God only scans and reads is in *verse 26*

*He is ever lending generously,* and his children

*become a blessing.*

That’s what’s God is looking for. He can not take notice of you whether you are suffering or not.

*He only gives to those who give.*

He only *gives more* to those who *give more.*

The God you are crying to that *He should help you is also crying to you to help those who are crying to him.*

No one can go far in the situation going on in the world now without helping people.

*Do you think you can’t help because you don’t have much?*

Even when you had much, did you help anyone.

For years, The Lord has taught you how to receive from different people.

Now that He is trying to teach you how to give, that is when you start revolting and lamenting.

Even in your little, let God see your faithfulness. Help people around you. Stop doing trade by bata with God.

Build consistency with your lifestyle of giving to those who have needs around you. Be consistent with it. *Let God see you faithful.*

*Luke 16:10*

“Whoever can be trusted with *very little* can *also be trusted with much.”*

*An idol worshiper is any who claim to be worshipping God who gives and tries to avoid giving to the needy around him or her.*

“The one faithful in *very little* *is also* faithful in *much.”*

What this scripture means is that God uses what people do in the season of life when they have very little to approve of what they are when they are great.

Greatness doesn’t not make people give now if they are not used to giving now that they are little.

If God asked you in the past to give consistently and doors of financial blessings opened to you, why can’t you do the same. God has not changed.

Stay lifted.
