TOPIC: THE REAL YOU
TEXT: JAMES 1:4
“Just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love”

When I needed a new couch ???? I saw what I wanted and I paid the price for it.
It was so heavy that I had to pay a man to assist me in bringing it inside.
I didn’t give up on that couch because I had already seen within me how it would look like and what comfort it would bring.
God forknew you before you knew you. He saw *who you could be,* and so He chose you in Himself. He paid the price for your life.
The price was so high that it cost Him His own blood. He was satisfied because He knew how much you meant to Him.
That is the same thought He thinks towards you. It hasn’t changed.
Now, even though my couch is sitting before my t.v, it isn’t trying to be my t.v because nobody is staring at it like they do the t.v.
The reason why the couch was brought was.for it to be strategically positioned together with the t.v to give the living room a shape and beauty.
When God saw you, you were so precious in His sight. He didn’t see your sin. He saw you without anger, jealousy, pride, lust, lie…
He saw the only you that was washed, blameless, and that’s why He never judged you after those acts.
All He is doing is calling the real you forth out of them. He is causing you to see the real you who is beautiful.
That’s Him. That’s who He is.
If the foundation of your Christian faith is not love, you need to let Him work upon your heart once again.
It is more difficult to commit sin against the one you love.
” Because you are precious in my eyes, and honored, and I love you,I give men in return for you, peoples in exchange for your life”
